Vegetable Pizza

Vegetable Pizza

 Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
 Servings: 12-15 servings


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cups chopped green pepper
  • 2 cups chopped raw cauliflower
  • 2 cups chopped raw broccoli
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Original Party Dip


Directions:


Mix party dip and sour cream together and set aside. Open rolls and lay flat on a piece of waxed paper sprinkled with cornmeal. Roll lightly with rolling pen to fit 10" X 15" cookie sheet. Repairs any holes in the dough and try to keep at uniform thickness. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. On cooled dough, spread cream cheese, then cover with sour cream mixture. Add each vegetable evenly and top with grated cheese. Chill and cut into snack sizes. (You can change up any of the veggies to another that you prefer.)
