Taco Crunch

Taco Crunch

 Prep Time: 30 minutes
 Cook Time: 15 minutes
 Servings: 4-6 servings


  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Mexican Manwich
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. corn chips
  • shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, black olives and taco sauce as desired


Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Add Mexican Manwich and refried beans. Stir until mixed. Pour into 9X9X2 square casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted (about 15 minutes). Remove from oven. Crush corn chips and place on top of cheese. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Serve with sour cream, black olives and taco sauce if desired.
