 Prep Time: 30 minutes
 Cook Time: 25 minutes
 Servings: 4-5 servings

  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 pork tenderloins (2 1/4 - 2 1/2 lbs total)

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Stir together the dry ingredients for the dry rub. Stir together the ingredients for the glaze in a separate bowl. Coat both tenderloins with the dry rub. Sear the tenderloins on the grill for a total of 4 minutes over high heat. Try to roll them each minute to get all sides. Put the tenderloins in a glass baking dish and pack the glaze onto the meat. Bake for about 25 minutes, then slice and serve.
