 Prep Time: 15 minutes
 Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
 Servings: 6-8 servings


  • 1 loaf of frozen bread dough (thaw in refrigerator)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 lb. canadian bacon slices (or brown 1/2 lb. hamburger)
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • bottled pizza sauce
  • garlic salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray jelly roll/cookie sheet with sides with Pam. Place bread dough on pan. Pat and stretch to 15" X 10" rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese. Layer with pepperoni, another layer of cheese, light amount of garlic salt, and lastly, layer of canadian bacon (or hamburger). Roll up long way and press edges together to seal. Brush loaf with melted butter and bake 20-25 minutes until lightly brown. Serve with pizza sauce.
