Ramen Noodle Salad

Ramen Noodle Salad

 Servings: 10-12 servings


Ingredients:


  • 1 pkg. coleslaw mixture
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 pkgs. chicken flavored Ramen Noodles (do not cook) - break into small pieces
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 8-10 green onions

Dressing

  • 1 cup vegetable oil (scant)
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 seasoning packets from the Ramen Noodles


Directions:


Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Mix together 2-3 hours prior to serving and refrigerate.
