Pumpkin Bars

Pumpkin Bars

 Servings: 15-20 servings


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 stick oleo (softened)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar


Directions:


Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin and oil in a large mixing bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into a sheet cake pan (cookie sheet with sides) and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Mix ingredients for frosting until smooth and spread over pumpkin bars.
