Oven Beef Stew

 Prep Time: 30 minutes
 Cook Time: 4-5 hours
 Servings: 8-10 servings


Ingredients:


  • 2 lbs. beef (cubed)
  • 4-5 medium to large potatoes (cut up into cubes)
  • 15-20 small carrots
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 8 oz. can water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsps. minute tapioca


Directions:


Mix tapioca and sugar with tomato sauce and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover with foil and bake in slow oven at 250 degrees for 4-5 hours. NO& PEEKING!
