Meatloaf

Meatloaf

 Cook Time: 1 hour
 Servings: 6-8 servings


Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 5 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 tbsp. sugar


Directions:


Combine ground beef, 2 tbsp. minced onion, evaporated milk, oatmeal, salt and pepper in vowl, mix well. Shape into loaf. Place in 7X12 baking dish. Mix Worcestershire sauce with vinegar, 3 tbsp. onion, water, catsup and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
