Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie

  • 1 box sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 containers (8 oz. each) lime yogurt
  • 8 oz. fat-free or light Cool Whip
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust


Whisk together boiling water and gelatin. Stir in yogurt and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust and let stand in refrigerator 30 minutes or more.
