Hash Brown Potato Casserole

 Prep Time: 10 minutes
 Cook Time: 50 minutes
 Servings: 8-10 servings


Ingredients:


  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Topping

  • 2 cups corn flakes crumbs
  • 2 tbsps. butter/oleo


Directions:


Mix all ingredients (except topping) in a 9" X 13" casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown, not soupy. Top with topping mixture and back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
