Fruit Pizza

Fruit Pizza

 Prep Time: 30-45 minutes
 Cook Time: 20 minutes
 Servings: 8-12 servings



  • 2 cups yellow cake mix
  • 2 tbsps. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps. water
  • 2 tsps. butter/oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)


  • Cool whip
  • Fresh or frozen fruit - strawberries, pineapple, bananas, peaches, oranges, blueberries, etc.


Mix well 1 cup of cake mix with other crust ingredients. Then add the other cup of cake mix slowly. Batter will be thick. Line a pizza pan with aluminum foil and spread batter on the foil to the edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden. Cool. Remove foil and return crust to pan.

Spread Cool Whip over the crust and top with slices of frozen or fresh fruit - any combination you like, just before serving. Some fruit will brown if prepared early.
