Easy Bubble Loaf

Easy Bubble Loaf

 Cook Time: 20 minutes
 Servings: 6-8 servings


  • 1/2 cup butter/oleo
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cans Texas style biscuits (or regular size - do not use jumbo)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. water


Melt all ingredients (except biscuits) in a large saucepan. Cut each biscuit into 1/4's. Stir biscuits into melted mixture (half at a time), gently folding biscuits into mixture to coat well. Pour into a well-greased bundt pan or two loaf pans. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Empty out immediately by placing a plate/platter on the pan and flipping upside down. Be careful as it is very hot! If you like pecans, you could place pecans in bottom of pan before pouring in mixture.
