Carne Asada Marinade

Carne Asada Marinade - Fajitas

 Cook Time: 20 minutes
 Servings: 4-6 servings


Ingredients:


  • 2 pounds flank or skirt steak
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 diced jalepeno pepper
  • 1 T. ground cumin
  • 1 bundle cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 T white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • salt


Directions:


Combine all ingredients in ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Grill. Slice cross grain, very thin. Serve with salsa, quacamole, cheese and sour cream on tortillas.
