BBQ Brisket

BBQ Brisket

 Prep Time: 15 minutes
 Cook Time: 4-5 hours
 Servings: 6-8 servings


Ingredients:


  • 3-4 lb. brisket
  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt 
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice


Directions:


Mix all ingredients except BBQ sauce. Cover both sides of meat with mixture. Refrigerate uncovered overnight in baking pan. Cover with foil and bake 300 degrees 4-5 hours. Baste occasionally with drippings. Add BBQ sauce during the last hour and leave uncovered.
